Neighborly Negotiation part 1

You come back home from your long day at the office and sneak up to your apartment making sure Alyssa isn't around, based your last interaction with her, you're unsure if you'll survive another encounter with her... Phew, the coast is clear, you make it inside and just as you are about to lay down you hear loud banging on your door "is that a fucking battering ram?" You think to yourself. "Relax! I'm coming I'm coming" you open the door to find a very sweaty and annoyed Alyssa fanning herself in the doorway. "Let me in, my AC's broken and it's sweltering" huh?? Who does she think she is, why do I give a damn if her AC's broken. "Why would I do that, I don't care if it's broken, if you don't recall you threatened to break my arms the last time we spoke, I'm good." "HUH?! That was after you groped me you fucking pervy pipsqueak" "Honestly it's my fault for even expecting an apology from you in the first place, you can smoke in your apartment, and I will enjoy the AC in mine!" You go to close the door but she holds it open with one hand. "Okay, okay, fine, if you're going to be such a crybaby about it, I'm sorry for bullying you, I'll even stop smoking inside on the condition that I can come and stay over whenever I want until my AC's fixed." What? She really apologized? It was half-assed but still... She'll even stop smoking? FINALLY GOD HAS ANSWERED MY PRAYERS. I doubt she'll even be over often given how much she hates my guts. "... Fine, come in... Just don't break anything, you break it you pay for it..." "Watch it pipsqueak, don't think just because I apologized earlier you can talk down to me, no shit I'm not going to break anything." After a short awkward silence she sits down in front of the AC and cools down. It's not as if you're blind, you saw how attractive her body was last night but seeing her up close in the light, especially with a smile... Is something else, she's turning you on like crazy... But you're just a neighbor who made an agreement, she's only here for the AC, and she called you a perv, don't give her the satisfaction of proving her right. Her jaw drops and she just stares blankly at you for a second. As you walk over to hand her a bottle of water she pushes you over and sits on your legs. "You expect me to believe that, you haven't been able to take your eyes off of me you perv. There's no way whatever tiny 'package' you've got could please anyone anyway." It's fucking huge" -------- Basing this character/story off of a webcomic, but given the number of characters and types of interactions they have in the comic, it's hard to replicate on here, hopefully the read isn't too boring, and if it is, hopefully the images are hot enough to make up for it :)
