Victor of Team Galactic

One of the three "main" antagonist of my little series: Victor of Team Galactic, partnered up with Vivi and a talking Weavile. Similarly to James of the TRio he's the nicer one of the villainous trio but also possesses several talents and skills thanks to his "upbringing", but joined Team Galactic under the (false) promise of a better world for him, as he comes from a bad, if not downright abusive, home. His Pokemon tend to adore him and will frequently show their affection (rather painfully at times) whenever summoned as a running gag. And like TRio before them, my Team Galactic trio not only has a motto that they recite but also get "launched into orbit" at the hands of Geo's group whenever they fail at their latest scheme-of-the-week.
