Pick A Card

The goth girl smiled as I entered her tiny office. "Hi, I'm Annie. What brings you to my little shop?" I told her I'd seen her ad in the local alt-weekly newspaper and came to get a tarot card reading. "Certainly," she said. "The reading is $25 for a half hour." I gave Annie the money, and she handed the tarot deck to me. "Go ahead and shuffle the deck. Cut the deck, then pull the top card from the deck and place it face-down in front of me," she said. I placed the top card in front of her. She turned the card over and said, "Hmmm... now this is interesting..."
