You have the right to remain slutty! Having had a taste of the justice system at her last job, Cyndel applied for to be a police cadet and, miraculously, was accepted. That application acception is still under investigation. At any rate, she was first assigned writing parking tickets. One night, she got curious and started playing with her handcuffs and, in typical Cyndel fashion, locked herself in. Her rookie partner helped her out in exchange for a 'ride along.' Normally, she doesn't give it away for free, but this time she did her partner a solid for the help. Her next rookie partner as very pushy, always trying to apprehend some blonde girl who "was queen of the joyride." Not one to rat on her friends, Cyndel let her eat the cookie in exchange for her attention being diverted elsewhere. And then there was all the extra work at shift change. She needed the money, but this was becoming a chore. So she did the best thing she could do, she 'convinced' a teammate to let her into the evidence locker for two minutes.
