Percival

Last one for now. Another rival OC. This one is Percival, a rich kid Coordinator. However, unlike Liam (pre-character development), Percival doesn't embody all the negative traits of rich folks. Sure, he's very much a privileged rival to May, and he likes to tease and mess with her for his amusement (and she'll always take his bait), but he does have a heart. For starters, he's actually impressed at May's growth (especially thanks to Geo's tutelage), he does praise her for her accomplishments, he has a crush on her (and isn't a tsundere about it), and he despises Jacan and even helps thwart his many schemes at trying to sabotage May out of respect for the aspiring Coordinator. As a result, while he likes to mess with her for kicks he also does see her potential and expects great things from the future Princess of Hoenn. His main Mon is a Roserade.
