Jeez, another effing 10-48. A female ET, naked, with severe bruises and contusions, plus cum stains. I tried using the universal translator unit to get a statement, but the ET just cried and cried. I called for a meat wagon and told the officer on scene to find a blanket for the ET. According to federal law, ET crime victims gotta go to the nearest offworlders' medical facility.
