There’s no time; she’s preparing to attack. Sprinting with superhuman speed, she engages the power suit in combat. No, this has to end here! I sprint forward and unleash a hail of bullets at Amber. She parries a kick from the power suit and charges at me. I block her claws with my left arm while swinging my pistol toward her head with my right. Sparks fly where she struck my arm; I aim the pistol at her skull and fire. She staggers backward, and the power suit's pilot seizes the chance to knock her off her feet.
