Clair's Punishment

Time for another Johto Gym Leader. This time one of the most infamous of the bunch: Clair. Looks like she's being punished for something. Most likely after what she did to the PC in the games. Guess Lance and/or the elders decided enough was enough and felt the need to humble her and her ego. Looks like she's not taking it well. But it is karma for her actions and attitude. I wonder if there were any other "conditions" to the punishment?
