Kaia Drakensoul – The Flawless Dragon Warrior

Kaia grew up alongside Shinku in a prestigious dragon clan. While Shinku stood out for her immense but uncontrolled powers, Kaia was admired for her discipline and her nearly flawless fighting technique. But behind her perfect facade lay a young woman who was terrified of failing to live up to her family’s expectations. During a dangerous trial, she encountered a young Kaumalat. The Pokémon was just as ambitious as she was and refused to accept defeat. The two trained together for years. Kaumalat eventually evolved into Knakrack and became Kaia’s most important battle partner. Despite her successes, Kaia remained dissatisfied. When Shinku awakened her Flamara Resonance, Kaia saw it as a personal defeat. Seraphine recognized her ambition and offered her an artificial Resonance Crystal. Kaia accepted. Through the Dragon Resonance, parts of her armor fuse with Knakrack’s scales and blade fins. Her speed and physical strength increase dramatically. However, the crystal places an ever-greater strain on both of them. Kaia is slowly beginning to realize that her quest for perfection is harming the very Pokémon that trusts her unconditionally.
