Never really knew my father. My mother? Hardest working woman I’ve ever known, but that’s a story for another time. All I can tell you is that I’ve spent most of my life on my own. Never had a problem with smoking or my love for whiskey. Never had to answer to nobody about my personal choices. Until now.” - “Being in a relationship with Barry has changed my life completely. Now I go to bed and wake up with someone that I love by my side. At first it took a lot of getting used to, but I want to keep it that way” - “He has never said anything about my smoking or drinking. Not a word. But lately… I’ve been having this recurrent dream where I sneak out in the middle of the night to get some smokes. They shut the lights down and close the store but I don’t want to leave. She looks in the direction of the main entrance and starts walking to face the music. - “Honey, I’m home!” Barry yells from a distance.
