Liam Elbert V1

This is Liam Elbert, another rival OC. This time he's a rival to Jodi, as both are Coordinators. Liam's family, the Elbert Family, has a long-standing rivalry with Jodi's family, the Platinium Family, despite the latter family completely outclassing the former. Liam, and the rest of the Elbert Family, are your stereotypical rich jerks, often rubbing their wealth, power, and success in the faces of others, tends to treat others and beneath them regardless of status, and blames others for their failures. Liam also has a crush on Jodi and tries to win her over to his side using some of the worst methods and tends to start cockfights with Geo and Danny (especially Geo, since Geo and Jodi are very close, which he's envious of). All his Pokemon were custom-bred, with his Starter being an Empoleon (likely so he can be in direct competition with Jodi). This is him pre-character development.
