Jacan

Another rival OC from the same series. This time it's Jacan, who is the complete opposite of Delicia. He's basically the "Harley" of the series, being a Coordinator who wants to sabotage May for extremely petty reasons. To the point he's willing to hire actual criminals in the form of the Galactic Trio just to stop May from rising up the ranks. Unlike Harley, however, he does get his comeuppance (rather harshly, I might add) from probably one of the most unlikely sources, thus he gets proper punishment for his actions. His main Mon is a Banette.
