Here's another showering tip: Before going to bed, don't take a cold shower, but a warm/lukewarm one. It makes you sweat less afterwards!

You might have seen a lot of us complaining and posting about it, but Western Europe is currently on fire dealing with a heatwave we're not built for and everyone is suffering. I thought we could try and make it a bit more fun, so I'm issuing a challenge below!
