TIt's probably your tag 'very slender figure'. I think the AI interpreted this as 'add a figure to the image that is very slender'. An easy fix would be to put the tag 'solo' somewhere at the start of your prompt. Also, I don't mind the little ladies in the images. They are kinda funny. 😉
