Helen Nesbitt considers herself a good nurse. She's reliable, friendly, and always has a smile for her patients. This morning, however, Helen had an experience that made her heart pound. She was checking the status of her patient in room 207. The patient was recovering from minor surgery. He lay in bed, completely naked. The patient also had a boner. Helen gasped when she saw the erect organ. She felt herself getting wet. "Calm down," she thought. "It's not like you haven't seen a stiffy before." Helen paused. "But not like this one!"
