BFirst thing's first, GORGEOUS! As far as the prompting, I think you might have conflicting prompts for angles and views, so the AI tries to include both, thus creating a duplicate. In some shots for example, you include butt qualifiers (round, bubble, etc) and face/breast views (face view, cleavage, etc). In my experience, when you add butt qualifiers it will almost always show the character from the back side. In cases like the last shot, I would use "undressing self" if there is only one character in the shot.
