Starima Challenge (read description)

I have a challenge for everyone. Starima is my main OC with minor inspiration from one of my favorite characters. If anyone can guess who Starima is based on, I will reach out and make a video with her of your choosing. Hints will be provided if nobody gets it, it shouldn’t be too difficult.
