Delicia

Another OC and rival for my series. This time its Delicia, a Coordinator from Hoenn who becomes May's rival. She's a very friendly and cheerful girl who is also very skilled at making treats like Pokéblocks and such. She's a little eccentric at times, often laughing for almost no reason, but she's a very nice girl who wants to see fresh talent enter the Contest stage. She often offers May advice on how to improve her routines and defends her from the likes of the Galactic Trio. Her main Mon is a Claydol.
