Chapter 4: “Face to face”

A dark piano playing in the background. A trumpet fills the air. A sexy, velvet female voice: “How the hell did this happen? One day everything is quiet and the next the whole department is running emergency drills?! Just last night I was making my regular rounds at Cum Gardens and everybody was behaving properly. People were just having sex minding their own business. Students were taken care of over at Waifu University. Just a regular Tuesday night and now… now that tranquility is gone!” - “I can’t stop thinking about what Barry told me as I was exiting his lab. What are you talking about?” - “What you are about to experiment HAS a reason. We didn’t just… there’s a reason just trust me, OK?!” As Detective Pearl walks through the maze, she goes into a darker area. All of a sudden: - “Oh, the thong - It’s vibrating! That means I must be close to… ooohhh!” A sudden jerk in her knees reveals that the vibrations have hit a spot. - “Oh, wow!!! Since… since I haven’t had sex in a long time, any stimulus feels very - powerful! Oohh, Genie! Oh, Genie, this feels…” Detective Pearl doesn’t know whether she should continue or back up on her tracks. - “C’mon, Pearl, wise up!! You have to know your enemy! You have to focus! What are you going to do if you stumble upon one of those things at an alley? Come on!!” Detective Pearl decides to continue forward. With each step the vibration in her clitoris grew stronger. - “IS THIS WHAT BARRY WAS TALKING ABOUT?!” Pearl thinks. “KEEP ME GROUNDED?! — Well it definitely forces me to stay focused!! Aahh…my clit” - “Wait!! S-sounds are coming from…” Detective Pearl approaches a darker area. - “It looks as if this area has been abandoned for a while, but… that wall. Is freshly painted! And there are foot marks on the floor!! Fresh footsteps. Someone has been here recently!” She keeps moving forward. Apparently it is a dead end. - “The footsteps, they go directly to that wall, they go… UNDER the wall!!” She leans against the wall as if trying to feel or sense something unusual. Suddenly, by the weight of her own body the wall moves. A secret corridor now lays in front of her. She has to move slowly until her eyes get accustomed to the darkness. And finally…the inevitable. - “They are real, they exist!!” Pearl’s entire life flashes in front of her eyes! There IT was, that thing, looking straight at her. Pearl freezes. She can’t move! That thing walking/crawling straight towards her, with that smile! That smile!!! (To be continued…)
