Sombra
-
08:35
The digital clock glared at her from the computer monitor, and Sombra could feel the judgement in its pixellated, nonexistent gaze. Almost as much as she felt the creaks in her cybernetic spine; the gunk in her tired eyes; and the grease in her unwashed hair.
She was... tired.
Exhausted really, and It was making her sloppy. Turning what should have been a half-hour cakewalk into hours of unbearable trudging.
Sighing, Sombra leaned back in her chair, letting her head droop onto her shoulder. The sun had long risen for the day, however its valiant assault on her safehouse-den was futile against the impenetrable might of her blackout curtains. Which, really, just meant that the only light in the room was the harsh brightness of her computer monitors. Not even shutting her eyes could save herself from its cruelty.
Sombra snickered. Usually she had to be far more sleep deprived before her imagination took the wheel like that. This time, she had only been asleep for -
She cracked an eye, peering at the clock on her screen before screwing the lid tight again. 08:37
- 49 hours. Only 49 hours awake, and she was acting like some brat dropping a tab for the first time.
…Actually, not her best comparison. Maybe the sleep deprivation was actually getting to her.
Sombra sighed again, as she adjusted herself into a more comfortable spot in her chair.
It all would not be so aggravating, were this just a typical task she had assigned for herself. Or if it was one she had agreed to do for Talon. It’s not as if she were opposed to hard work, after all, and usually she was more than happy for a proper challenge. The problem comes when what is supposed to be a simple task turns out to be anything but.
Hack into the computer of the governor of Jalisco, gain access to his private email, download all the evidence of his corruption and send it to her old ‘friends’ back in Los Muertos.
Carlos Vidales was only one of the many decrepit leeches sucking Mexico dry - like a grain of sand in the middle of the fucking desert - and frankly, Sombra had better uses for her time. Yet, she had always felt something of a perverse joy in shooting those vultures from the sky.
The problem, however, was that the old man was unusually - and aggravatingly - cautious when it came to cybersecurity. Hence, why what should have only taken a few minutes of research and a sufficiently targeted phishing scheme had snowballed into two days of throwing every trick she had into a metaphorical void.
Which meant, soon enough, she’d have to pay the governor’s personal mansion a visit in person. Again, this wouldn’t be an issue in normal circumstances, as she was always up for a challenge. Yet…-
A sudden beep startled Sombra from her half slumber, nearly causing her to fall from her chair. Her rising hope was swiftly drowned when she saw the noise hadn’t in fact come from her main set-up. Yet, her excitement would return tenfold upon realising what the noise actually had come from.
“Yes!” Sombra exclaimed, allowing herself a little bit of childish glee as she punched the air. Only for a second, though - Watchpoint: Gibraltar’s defences were not so lax as to be unable to detect a breach from her.

NThere was no use in subtlety - her last breach of the Overwatch base’s defences had taught her that - so she quickly injected as much malware as she could into Gibraltar’s systems. Scraping, scavenging, and stealing as much data as she could - as quickly as she could.
As per usual, there was no warning at all as she was booted from the Overwatch systems, mere seconds after gaining entry. By this point in their little song-and-game, Overwatch's pet A.I. had well learned the only way to truly get rid of her was through the nuclear option.
Still though, there was nothing Echo could do about the information Sombra managed to grab before being expelled. She had never stolen anything truly valuable yet, however that bit was only a matter of time: It would come
Pushing the governor from her mind, Sombra quickly went to work sorting through the files she managed to get her hands on. The encrypted files were metaphorically put to the side - better to save for when she was actually properly awake - as she started sorting through the rest.
“Useless…” Sombra muttered to herself. “Useless… Useless…” Her excitement began to fade, as she realised just how worthless most of the information she had retrieved truly was. Instruction manuals, lighting settings, temperature readings… None of it truly ‘pointless’, just… unneeded. Like the world’s worst rollercoaster, her mood began to rocket right back down into exhausted disappointment.
Which, naturally, led her onto the very last non-encrypted bit of data from her haul.
“Text messages? Tsk. What, is this amateur hour?”
Sombra huffed at her own joke. After all, what idiot would use a fucking commercial, store bought phone in such a secure location? Honestly, they were probably the source of the breach in the first place; they were practically asking to be hacked!
When she opened the messages, it took a whole second for their contents to register in Sombra’s brain. When they did, her grin grew, and a warmth settled low in her belly.
“Well, well~! Someone’s been naughty~...”
It was only one message which she managed to scrap from the data. One video… which was several minutes long… and quite explicit in nature.
The woman in the video was younger than Sombra: Somewhere around her late teens to early twenties. East Asian, with hair dyed dark green and red markings on her cheeks. Pretty, with a cute face and athletic build. The steady blush and noticeable embarrassment only added to her charm.
Putting the rest of her ill-gotten gains onto the side, a little extra bit of digging turned up the metadata for the file, including where it was sent from…
…And who it was sent by.
"Ki-ri-ko." Sombra muttered, testing the name on her tongue. After a moment, she smirked in satisfaction.
Sombra’s hand crawled deliberately up her leg, creeping into her pants with the grace of a viper; and the fog of exhaustion was readily replaced by one of lust.
“Oh yes…” Sombra decided, as the rogue hand found its way into the hacker’s nether regions. “I have a feeling we’re going to get along… quite well.”

Kiriko's Stolen Video
So. Previously I've only ever really used AI images to help with visualising any stories I happen to be writing. Sort of like an easy way to help imagine whatever character I'm writing, and thus help flesh them out. However, since a blizzard knocked out the power in my apartment complex, I decided to say f*ck it, and try my hand at a bit of a more "visual" scene. Which, hey, who better to choose as the subject than my one-trick on Overwatch? ...Then - because I can't leave well enough alone - I decided to take the "Describe your images or tell the story behind them" a bit too literally, and wrote a 1000-word snippet as a bit of context/backstory for the scene. Which... Well. It's terrible, frankly. I'm utterly exhausted right now, can't be bothered to proofread/edit it, and I accidently made it too long to even put in the description... However I'm also too stubborn to delete it, as I was something like 2 hours into writing it before realising the description had a limit of 5000 *characters*, and not 5000 *words*... So I'm just going to put it in the comments - sue me, lol.生成数据
