Korean Comfort Woman

Hye-jin was hurt and confused. She'd supposedly been recruited for nurse training as part of the war effort. She thought she was leaving Korea for Japan and her training, but instead found herself at a military base on a remote South Pacific island. An army senior lieutenant ordered her to open her kimono and show him her body. When Hye-jin hesitated, the officer struck her with his swagger stick. "You'll do as you're told, bitch!" Hye-jin's eyes filled with tears. She nervously opened her kimono. "Good," the senior lieutenant leered. "The men at this base will certainly enjoy your company!" The officer then summoned a sergeant. "Escort this whore to the comfort house. Immediately!"
