Nestled in the Ohio Valley region is a picturesque town named Fairmeadow. The town's population is friendly and diverse. However, nearby communities call Fairmeadow Anthroville. Fairmeadow is home to anthropomorphic animals, creatures that walk and speak like humans and exhibit human traits. Ruby Painter, a very attractive fox girl, owns Ruby's Joint, a thriving casual dining restaurant, and is also Fairmeadow's mayor. A free-spirited creature, Ruby is known for her artistic endeavors, including nude modeling. Ruby invites one and all to visit Fairmeadow. "Springtime is an especially lovely time to drop by," she says. "Don't be shy!"
