Vespera Velvet

A recurring antagonist from Galar: Vespera Velvet. She's a super thief and the arch-enemy of Agent Perry Scope. She's fully aware of Agent P's "weakness" and exploits it so she can escape his clutches. She develops a vendetta against Geo's group during the Galar arcs because they keep foiling her plans and plots to defeat them but fails every time (though thanks to Agent P's constant screw-ups she's able to escape capture). Her main Mon is a Liepard.
