Liwayway carries a quiet, maternal steadying presence that people pick up on almost immediately. Her main strength is high-level water manipulation, drawing enough moisture directly from a humid afternoon to shape massive walls, crushing waves, or lethal, pin-point jets. When the fight demands it, her size-shifting allows her to scale up into a massive physical wall—gaining huge reach and durability, even if her raw physical strength remains human-baseline. Her true edge, however, is tactical genius: she charts the field, tracks available moisture, and plans three moves ahead before taking a single step.
