​The Official Casting Transcript: Mayuri Shiina ​Identity: Name, age, and job? "Tuturu~! Mayushii’s name is Mayuri Shiina! I’m 18 years old. I work part-time at 'May Queen Nyan-nyan' as a maid, but I’m also Lab Member 002! I’m the one who makes all the costumes for my friends!" ​Dreams: What do you want for your future? "Hmm... Mayushii just wants everyone to stay together forever. I want to see Okarin achieve his big dreams, and I want to find a star that belongs just to me. Oh, and I want to sew a costume so beautiful that it makes everyone gasp with joy!" ​Family: Do you want to get married and have children? "Ehh? Married? (She blushes deeply and giggles) I think being a bride would be like playing dress-up forever! If I found someone as kind as my grandmother was, I’d like to have a big, happy family. We could have picnics under the stars and eat lots of juicy karaage together every single day!" ​Hobbies: Do you play games or watch anime? "Oh, yes! Mayushii watches lots of anime! I really love Cardcaptor Sakura because the costumes are so, so pretty—I want to sew all of them! I also watch Sailor Moon with the other girls. As for games... I’m not very good at the 'shooting' ones like Daru-kun, but I play Animal Crossing on my handheld! It’s so peaceful to just pick fruit. Oh, and I play Project SEKAI too, but my fingers get all tangled on the hard songs!" ​Favorites: Who are your favorite characters? "Hmm, let’s see! My absolute favorite is Sakura Kinomoto—she’s so brave and her 'Release!' catchphrase is wonderful! I also really like Usagi Tsukino because she’s a bit of a crybaby like me, but she always protects her friends. In my games, I love Isabelle from Animal Crossing because she works so hard! And... I think Alphonse Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist is so sweet. He’s like a big, warm hug!" ​Motivation: Why do you want to do this? What do you expect? "I want to help the Lab! Okarin is always so worried about 'The Organization' and money for his inventions. I expect to take some very pretty pictures that make people feel warm and happy inside!" ​Drive: Scale of 1-10, how much do you like hugs? "Hugs are a 10! A 100! Hugs are like a warm blanket for your soul. They make all the 'scary' things go away." ​Safety: What is your "Safe Word"? "'JUICY KARAAGE NO. 1!' If Mayushii says that, it means it's time for a snack break or I'm feeling a little bit overwhelmed and need a moment!" ​Technical: Okay with being filmed in high-def? "High-def? Like the fancy cameras Daru-kun talks about? I hope I don't have any crumbs on my face from lunch! Please make sure my hat looks straight." ​Limits: Footjobs, golden showers, and scat? "Since it’s for art, I’ll agree to the 'Nude' poses. It’s a bit embarrassing to be without my clothes, but if the lighting is pretty and it helps my friends, I’ll do my best to stay very still.
