Help with generation

Hey all, I am trying to make the slime girl's throat/mouth translucent so that you can see the penetration clearly. I seem to be having issues where the penis is blurry like in this image. I would also like to prevent the penis that is entering her from behind as that is not the effect I am going for. I am open to suggestions to overcome this challenge as I love the image but these smaller details are not exactly what I am looking for. Side note: if there are any tips that can make my posts better let me know I am still kinda new to this Thanks!
