I used (and I'm still using) BW also as a sort of support tool; generating helps me out in handling that side of my mind. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire community for being welcoming especially providing a space for me to explore myself. I have been working on my own compulsion and problems and BW gave me a save space for me to understand myself better and a channel for me to express my inner feelings without being judged.
