EXTREME CLOSE UPS

I know that here on BW and abroad, on average, images tend to feature characters about medium distance from the viewer, close up, full body or as it is called the "cowboy shot." fun fact, they call it the cowboy shot because back in the glory days of western cinema it was typical to get a shot of the cowboy's holster and gun which rested about mid-way down their thigh, hence, the cowboy shot. Well, these 4 images have nothing to do with cowboys or shots of that sort. Sometimes nothing beats an EXTREME CLOSE UP of the action! The juicy details, the fine clarity, everything you want to see and nothing more, huge and in your face. Have you created anything using extreme close up? I wanna see it or at the very least, just give it a try. You might find that combining this with other things such as lighting effects will give your composition just that much more flair.
