Noctelle – The Queen of the Dark Moths

Noctelle was born the eldest daughter of a distinguished Moon Moth family. From childhood, she prepared to become the next Moon Priestess. She studied ancient texts, mastered complex rituals, and sacrificed much of her youth to her training. Her younger sister, Lunaria, on the other hand, preferred to spend her time helping injured creatures and gazing at the starry sky at night. When the Moon Temple unexpectedly appointed Lunaria as the new priestess, Noctelle’s world came crashing down. She left the temple and retreated to the snow-covered ruins of an ancient sanctuary. There, she discovered a Snomnom hiding from the freezing cold inside a destroyed altar. Noctelle took it in. Over time, the Pokémon evolved into Mottineva and became her only trusted companion. One night, Seraphine appeared in the ruins and promised Noctelle the power to surpass her sister. Using her artificial crystal, Noctelle awakened the Frostmoon Resonance. Her wings took on ice-blue patterns, her Nightmare Dust turned into magical frost, and her emotions began to increasingly transfer to Mottineva. The stronger her jealousy grew, the colder her magic became. Her Inner Conflict Noctelle doesn’t really hate Lunaria.
