Tactical Training Day. Again.

C has had a rough couple of weeks. Weight lifting, Judo, Chess strategy, History lessons and reading… so much reading. They don’t have much time and they want to deploy C to main land. Captain keeps pushing but Doctor Sanchez says she is not ready. Every night C goes to her room with a new book. She knows what’s at stake and she must be ready. - Zzzzzzz… 04:45 AM Alarm goes off. - Wha… oh! C barely opens her eyes. Feels as if she just went to bed. Her body doesn’t want to move. -C’mon… C’mon, C... get up! You can do it… She manages to stand up. - Aah, my muscles are so sore it hurts to move. She stretches to get the blood pumping. Still half asleep she walks into the bathroom. She sits on the toilette and makes a conscious effort not to fall asleep sitting there like many other times. - Have to get ready. Today is a very important day. Get up, C! She walks straight into the shower and turns on the water. Has to feel that water for the brain to engage. Once under the shower she takes off her t-shirt and panties. She stays there for a while. Letting the warm water run through her body. - Today is Tactical Training. (She starts to soap up her body). Sargent said today is going to be my first day as Squad Leader. I wonder if I get to choose my team or if they will assign it to me. Oh, this new soap feels so good on my skin. I like the way it smells. And my skin feels really soft afterwards. Mmmmmhhhhhh, I wish I could stay here longer. But that would have to be another day. Don’t want to be late. Sargent said it's time to lead the team, no more fighting solo. Ha! (Smiles) last time I got all of them. They had to booby trap the whole building to get me. She rinses off all the shampoo and soap. Enjoys every drop. - Aaaahh, feels so good. She turns the water off. Steps out of the shower and walks into her closet. ((Yawns)) - Oooh, there you are! She grabs her bullet proof vest from the closet. - Hello, old friend. Time to go to work! From her top drawer she grabs “Justice” and “Pain” her two loyal companions. She has everything she needs now. - Ok. Time to get these bad boys out again!! She exits.
