I really love this story and I think the artstyle works extremely well here, but I'm gonna have to point out to you that hypnosis is against the Terms of Service on BetterWaifu. You might want to take this post down before they put your account under review. An 'easy' solution that might bypass the rules of the ToS is to add something at the beginning and end of the story that shows the boss is actually a sex robot that is being controlled by the application.

"Isami actually likes her job very much... except for the annoying boss, Akane, who is always on her case without any reason, with her only redeeming quallity being hot as hell. If it wasn't enough, she is forcing Isami to do some overtime even as they have plety of time before the deadline of her project! Doesn't this woman have a life or what? Well, at least she is now giving her some time to test out an app she has been developing on her own time. It is time to get some compensation."
