For anyone unaware, as to my current knowledge, to generate this character, you need to refer to her as "Hagakure Tooru." This is because Tooru is a more literal transliteration of her name in hiragana. とおる To-o-ru Toru and Tōru are alternative spellings that are meant to make her name's pronunciation more obvious for those unaware of how Japanese phonetics work.
