VThere's a Female POV extension, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I was able to get the head out of frame and the body upside down only by manipulating the image size, which is not ideal. Less narrow ratios like 1:1 or 5:4 seem to work. Like in your last two pictures, the belly gets deflated for some reason. Adding more belly-related tags resolves the issue at least to some degree. Try using "belly," "deep navel," "belly overhang," "belly rolls," etc.
