With horns... or without?

Since 90% of furry images on the internet appear to be either Judy Hopps, dragons, or fishgirls, it occurred to me... why haven't I seen Judy as a Dragon Fish hybrid? Uh... so I went down a, shall we say, rabbit hole for a minute. I didn't overwork these, please be kind. It's just a silly idea I had. ;)
