The glasses are fake, to sort of hide her side job from potential fans. Her part time job when she goes home is adult entertainment, and she does “private shows” for rich men-and women, who are willing to pay enough.

The first image is of how she got her secretary job, her boss is a married attorney who pays her well and helps her expand her “client” list, so long as she entertains him regularly and does a good job as his secretary.
