"Surfing to train balance"

Agent C13 was not born, she was created in a lab. -“In camp we have trained your basic motor skills” Said General Otomangue with her typical firm voice "But it was in a controlled and predictable environment. UNDERSTAND!?!?” Chino, lowers his gaze. “Yes, ma’am...” Chino turns to C. -“Hi, my name is Carlos, but everyone calls me Chino” -“Hello Chino, nice to meet you. At least you HAVE a name, I’m just C-13. Until my ‘Match' gives me a name. Everyone calls me C, for short.” She smiles. -“Hi, Hello, C... — emmm, have you ever … surfed?” -“No, just read about it and saw several documentaries in Study Sessions” -“S…s-study sessions?” - (Laughs) “I read a lot!!
