Shinobi Cynthia

I made this one a couple of days ago (along with a few others) but I held off on posting any of them because I wasn't sure which one was the best and I was still getting the hang of this site. If anyone wants me to post the others let me know. Anyway, Cynthia and her trusty Garchomp have gone the way of the ninja. Makes me wonder where she got her ninja training from? Senran Kagura, perhaps? Because I doubt it was from Koga or the Ninja Village in Kalos. Anyway, be careful: she's dangerous, in more ways than one. And I'm not talking about Garchomp.
