Raika – The Skybreaker

Raika was born on the highest peaks of the Storm Mountains. As the daughter of a respected Tengu warrior family, she learned at an early age to control the wind and fight with a naginata. She developed an immense sense of pride and regularly challenged the strongest female warriors from other tribes. That is how she eventually encountered Rokka. The two fought a bitter battle that ended without a clear winner. Since then, Raika has sought every opportunity to challenge her rival again. During a journey through the Storm Mountains, she discovered an injured Sheinux that refused to leave its wounded companion behind, despite an approaching storm. Raika was impressed and helped the Pokémon. Sheinux evolved into Luxio and eventually into Luxtra. During a violent thunderstorm, Raika and Luxtra found themselves in a battle against a powerful storm creature. Their determination merged, awakening the natural Thunder Resonance. Raika’s wings were enveloped in electrical energy, and her naginata transformed into a powerful lightning weapon. When Seraphine offered her an artificial crystal, Raika refused. However, she occasionally accepts missions from her, provided they allow her to face strong opponents. Her Inner Conflict Raika lives for battle and her honor.
