(New series, get to know the OCs with a nice little interview. Have a question that wasnt covered in the interview? Drop it in the comments and Runie will answer!) ~ 20 Questions ~ > = Interviewer R: = Runie > To start, please state your full legal name. R: Runie Caldwell > Do you have any nicknames or aliases? R: Ember calls me "little witch" sometimes, does that count? > Close enough I suppose. What do you do for work? R: I'm a full time student! I'm going for a Master's in Alchemical Sciences. Maybe a minor in Enchantments. > And those are real majors? R: Yeah, I got a scholarship and everything! Don't act like magic isnt real. > I see, well what do you like to do for fun when you arent studying? R: Mostly messing about in the potion lab. That probably counts as studying still though, but its fun to leave the formulas behind and just vibe it, you know? Even if it does blow up every now and then. No one's gotten hurt at least! Not yet anyway... but fingers crossed! > Do you have any music you like, maybe what you listen to in the lab? R: Kawaii Future Bass! > ... I'm going to take your word that that's a real genre too. Hey hey, dont pout. R: Give it a shot! It really gets the brain working. > Fair enough. What do you like to eat between all your experiments? R: Pudding is the best! Flan, vanilla, chocolate, banana, doesn't matter. All you need is a spoon and you can pack a bunch of different flavors in advance. You can even mix them up for new flavors! Its kinda like alchemy, but with more sugar. > How about the city? Any hangout spots you frequent? R: It probably sounds boring, but I'm in the library most days. Either the big one at the college or the old one at the cathedral. Sweetie does drag me out to touch grass every now and then though. > You already mentioned your magic, but do you have any other special skills? R: I can whistle, does that count? > That'll do. Any pets at home? R: Gooey! He's... I guess he doesn't really have a gender but he just feels like a little guy, you know? He's a slime. I might... have created him by accident. But don't tell the board or I'll get expelled. Lady says he reminds her of a cat, but I feel like he's kinda bunny-ish. > And do you live close to school? R: I live at school! Well, at the dorms. I dont have to share my room, which is nice. Sometimes I spend a few nights at Sweetie's place though, if she wants to have a girl's night. > I'm supposed to ask who your best friend is, but I'm guessing its this Sweetie person? R: Yeah! She goes by Sweetheart. She has ever since... ever since... well, for a while now. Her real name is Valerie, though. We went to High School together. Middle School too. > And who would you say gets on your nerves the most? R: Oh, definitely Ember. She thinks her little robots and gadgets are so cool. 'Technology is superior to magic' she says. Or 'Hey, I bet my robo-crab could beat Gooey in a battle!'. Stuff like that. Azuki is kinda similar, she doesn't really see the appeal in magic like I do, but Ember actually teases me about it. > Anything you're particularly afraid of? R: Heights. It's why I failed out of broom riding class. And why I have to ride the bus. *laughs* > Any aspirations? R: I want to create a legendary potion one day. Something as cool as the Love Potion, or the Invisibility Tonic. Things everyone thinks of when they hear "magic". > What would be an ideal date location? R: A dessert cafe? And maybe... a movie? But dessert first. > How about a vacation getaway? R: Hot springs! It does wonders for my hair, believe it or not. Soaking in the warm water is like a dream... ah, especially if its snowing outside. > You do have a lot of hair. Speaking of hot and dreamy, lets get spicy for a moment. Do you have any particular fantasies? R: *blushes* Huh? Why are you asking that all of a sudden? > Its good content for ratings! I'm sure someone out there wants to know... R: ... *mumbles* > What was that? One more time? R: ...tentacles. > Any elaboration? R: *shakes her head* > Ok, moving on. What's a secret your friends don't know about you? R: Aside from that last answer... *sighs*. Sometimes Gooey eats small items the others leave laying around. And I dont want him to get in trouble, so I pretend I dont know where they went. > I see. How mischevious. Is there anything you'd like to add before our last question? R: Is it too late to censor a previous answer? > I'm afraid we're live. R: Ah. *Hides her face for a moment*. That's all. > Last question then. Have you ever... wished upon a star? If so, what did you wish for? R: *long pause* I wished ... for the world to be a more magical place.
