Here's another story which, as always, is 100% true. I was really interested in the girl. She was older than I was and was also a Sergeant, while I was as a lowly Private First Class. Because of that, she didn't want to become involved with me, but didn't mind us hanging out. Cool. We went bowling with my friends on one such hangout and I never forget that I didn't pay for her because 1)She was a Sergeant and made more money than I did and 2) I only pay for girls I'm involved with, not friends. She was very standoffish the whole night and I finally asked her what her deal was. She wanted to know why I was treating her like a friend. My response was "Because that's what you said we were." She then doubled back, saying she knows that's what she said, but she really liked me and wanted me to be more than that. The end result of the night is what you see here. I remember it to this day because of the movie theater red lights coming through the room at the time (I lived behind a shopping center). It was very hot. I learned that women sometimes have no idea what they want and giving them exactly what they ask for can sometimes be a mistake. ...Oh yeah....we dated for a while until she cheated on me.
