It’s been almost 10 years since the war started. Earth as we know it is no more, it’s been ravaged and torn apart by bloody conflict. We don’t live on the surface anymore, we live among the stars in giant space colonies while the war goes on below. Who knows if we’ll ever be able to return… some of us have never seen the sea, the real sea. Some of us have never climbed a real tree, or felt an actual breeze; some of us probably never will. We’ve been deprived of so many things because of the war… and it’s all because of Nectar.

Some time ago, scientists discovered a new natural resource that they named Nectar. Nectar was unlike anything they had seen before, capable of storing energy and powering things better than anything that came before. After its discovery, discussions began on how to use this new resource; that’s when the divide started. Some of the world’s leaders wanted to use it for humanitarian efforts to help with the betterment of mankind. Other very influential leaders saw its potential in economic and militaristic growth and wanted each nation to have its own unregulated usage of Nectar. Before long, the Union divided in two. On one side were those that favored the humanitarian approach, known as the United Earth Alliance. Those that opted for the other side became the National Separatist Federation. The nations that comprised the NSF left the Union and tensions grew steadily for some time. The UEA and the NSF started competing for Nectar, which eventually led to small fights and skirmishes for deposits. Little did we know at the time, things would get much worse.

The UEA began their efforts using Nectar to make new medical technology, such as highly advanced prosthetics, surgical equipment, and many other things. They even began finding ways to take the population into space and launched the first ever space colony, which they named Eden. Meanwhile, the NSF did as they planned and began developing new weapons using Nectar as their power source. This led to the creation of the Cybers, powerful mechs that were unrivaled by anything seen at the time. One Cyber could destroy an entire fleet of ships all on its own. They were stronger, faster, and more durable than anything the UEA had. With the Cybers, the NSF believed they could easily take control of the earth’s Nectar supply by force. The world would not be the same afterwards.

The NSF began seizing Nectar reservoirs all over the planet, forcing the UEA to retreat further and further until space was their only option. With their Cybers, the NSF chased them into the stars. And then it happened. During the battle, a nuclear warhead found its way to Eden and completely decimated the colony, taking the lives of everyone living in it. Countless civilian lives were lost and the devastation caused a ripple that would change everything. Seeing this as the final straw, the UEA committed everything they had to stopping the NSF at any cost. The tragedy of Eden lit the flame of war that would last until now. The UEA began developing their own Cybers and the tides of war have shifted. With the increasing devastation on the planet, the NSF built their own space colonies, and now Earth serves at the battleground for these two sides. The only ones living on Earth are those fighting the war, and the families of those who are leading the war efforts.

Now, 10 years later, the conflict rages on with no end in sight. It’s entirely possible that we may never go back home to Earth. We may never see the sun rise and set with our own eyes. We might never feel the same pull of gravity we used to. Maybe the twilight of our time is here…

Site of the successful operation to contain and capture the entity known as Subject Zero. Operation protocols included the manipulation of the “wishing star” phenomenon to summon S0, at which point containment was established without further incident. It remains unclear if S0 is responsible for the "wishing star” or is herself a byproduct of its effects. S0 has remained in a comatose state since her capture.

The "wishing star" phenomenon has been hypothocised to be the underlying factor behind Site 117-A's anomalous effects. Primary research subjects all appear to have manifested changes to the city by way of the "wishing star", or alternatively are themselves the result of such changes.

Post “Contact” event 1 year ago, this operation was considered top priority to prevent another breach of containment on that scale. The Contact event resulted in approximately 17,000 residents of the neighboring city of [Redacted] being exposed to Subject Zero for nearly two full minutes and an unprecedented cover-up effort.

The following days build unbearable sexual and emotional tension. Zekrom teases her relentlessly, caressing her belly, training her to channel small sparks of electricity, and promising she will soon bear horns and a tail.
On the night of the ritual, amid a raging storm, Hilda lies naked on the wooden bed as Zekrom begins the ceremony. He kisses her passionately, pleasures her with his skilled, electrically charged tongue, then slowly inserts the large, glowing crystal deep inside her with his fingers until it rests in her uterus, triggering intense sensations.'

The city of Stardust Crossing (pop. 310,000) located in [Redacted] as photographed by a reconnaissance drone. The entire city, including all registered city limits, suburbs, and all bordering mountains and water up to a 5 mile exclusion zone from the city's edge, are designated Site 117-A.

Site 117-A is home to a multi-layered anomalous effect that affects all residents of the city. Onset time for new arrivals to become affected is unknown. (Agent SC-009 is currently investigating the effects on site, file to be updated with appropriate warnings pending her investigation.)

The primary nature of this anomaly is two-fold. The appearance of extraordinary individuals, phenomenons, or locations without apparent cause, and the immediate acceptance among inhabitants of the exclusion zone that all such effects are “perfectly normal”. (See Category: 117-A for a full list of recorded incidents. Primary investigation targets follow below.)

The aerial phenomenon known as the Shimmer. Effect is observed as an aurora of unusual brightness and clarity, unheard of for this latitude. It is most commonly observed in the summer, but has been known to appear year round. After the recovery of Subject Zero post “Contact” incident, sightings of the Shimmer have notably decreased in frequency.

Federal accreditation records list no such school (They do list a College of the Culinary Arts, but no such establishment exists in Stardust Crossing as of present observation). Enrollment consists entirely of young girls (Including Subject 001) of appropriate college age who all self-identity as witches.

The occult club room at Stardust Crossing Community College. The ghost figure is a mannequin. The club president (Subject 002) offers consultation services and home rental advice to local anomalous residents as part of club activities.

A local flower shop listed as “Heart of the Woods”. The owner (Subject 003) is not to be approached without explicit authorization from the Site 117-A Director. Several unknown varieties of plants are on sale here and city residents are observed on occasion venturing into the forest behind the shop from which they rarely return.

Stardust Raceway. No such record of this race track exists outside of Stardust Crossing and active observation within the site first recorded its presence three years ago. Within the city, various paraphernalia can be found dating activity at the racetrack back at least fifty years including racers from “around the world” who also appear fictional. Subject 006 is currently the track favorite and has never placed below third since debut.

A back alley near the city center. Photo lifted from local police precinct database. The facedown figure was found deceased with a listed cause of death as exsanguination. The victim was wanted locally for a string of violent robberies. Crime remains unsolved on local books, but given the cause of death the culprit is most likely Subject 004.

A tent at the local park grounds. A sign outside reads “Vega’s Fortune Predictions!”. The owner (Subject 005) charges a modest fee for fortune telling services. Agent SC-009 has recorded a roughly 73% accuracy rating in various test interactions.

The Cathedral of St. Lucia. By all accounts, this cathedral operates as a standard Orthodox Church (albeit with a somewhat non-standard dress code). Subject 007 attends the church regularly to offer “guidance” and “blessings”, despite her services being non-standard for the denomination. The Cathedral itself seems far too large and far too antiquated to have been built locally, though municipal records list it as predating the modern city that surrounds it

The store is operated by Subject 008, who expresses an understanding of highly advanced technology and possesses several examples of autonomous robotic entities on site. Recovered robots show a remarkably consistent, yet frustratingly inscrutable design preventing successful reverse engineering.

Unnamed graveyard located near the foot of the tallest local mountain. Unremarkable, save for the statue which possesses a striking resemblance to Subject 010. Subject 010 has proven remarkably difficult to track due to her size changing abilities, but those very abilities mark her as a target of intrest.
