Toshio is a star athlete and runner. But he has a secret. He's a futanari. He has a pussy.

Unfortunately for him, one day his water is spiked. It contains an aphrodisiac that causes his pussy to itch. And there's an unspoken rule in futanari families -- a male futa MUST avoid orgasming from his pussy, else he'll feminize somewhat.

Blackmail arrives, forcing him to shave and grow his tits. The effects could fade if he onlu cums as a male, but can he?

NOTES:

Yes, the models support this. It's funky, and you gotta play with it. Lots of junk output. Watch my tags for help.
