First Flight of Cadet Vee Macchiato (AU)

This is what she's been training for! A chance to finally prove herself, Vee was entrusted to look after the ship while the rest of the crew went back down planet-side for some R&R after a rough expedition. This gives her a chance to not only prove that she's trustworthy, but will let her have a chance to practice flying the ship in a controlled, safe environment, and will prove once and for all that she can handle herself. The flight training went a little rough, got a bit too close for comfort to an unregistered planet, but the ship made it through without a scratch, so, no worries. It should only be a day or two until the rest of the crew gets back, all she has to do is wait, and this entire endeavor will have been worth it. ... Hey what's that squelching, slithery sound? ...
