I am submitting this folder along with the previous recordings of the doll and Doctor Malinowski's written statement as evidence to proceed Operation Metis to phase three.

∆ has clearly displayed powers far beyond what we had thought possible.

Pending her performance review, I would like to request Doctor Malinowski to stay on board the project. Her relationship to ∆ might prove useful as the experiments ramp up. Despite her abilities, ∆ is still a child after all.

The entity that was formerly a stuffed doll as been taken into custody for dissection. I will forward the findings as soon as I have them.
