This post has been specially made for @ryuwalker_04 and @pornisadrugucrkhd , as you have sometimes wondered about my posts. You can check the prompts so it maybe helps you on your next project.

I've been lately using the "naming" approach, where I initially "set" the characters in their placement and do the general description and later refer to their actions or expressions by name. This is working nice but it needs usually many generations because it can mess up. You need to be patient and try stuff.

Other approach is instead of referring by name for actions and expression, use the literal positioning description, like:

"the left character is doing something to the right character", "the left character is grabbing another's breasts to the right character" (that kind of thing). It is more wordy but sometimes better.

I haven't added a sample, but you can also position character in the background, they are usually not as easy to set complex positioning whtn in the background, but is your turn to try,

Aside from that, you can always check my posts with less than 10 pictures, as I usually let the prompts open in those, in case they help.
