EMP ready—the indicator lights up in my field of vision, and electric energy surges through my arms. It doesn't seem to have noticed me yet, and I have no intention of squandering that advantage. Its attention is focused on something outside the shop. I can see the flashing blue lights of squad cars; that must be the Anti-Boomer unit. Bursts of assault rifle fire cut through the silence of the night. Judging by the sound, though, they aren't doing much damage. I rush out of the shop and onto the street to assess the situation. The Anti-Boomer unit is firing with everything they've got, but their small-caliber rifles can't penetrate the armor of this military-grade model. The machine lets out a bone-chilling shriek before leaping up the side of the building toward the roof. Finally, amidst the chaos, I spot two familiar faces. "LEON! DALEY!" I shout. "We need heavier weapons, or we'll never get through its armor!" "Hana? What are you doing here?" Leon asks in disbelief. "Long story... that'll have to wait. Do you have an assault cannon with you?" "No, Hana—we're just the vanguard; the main squad is still ten minutes away!" Daley replies. "Shit... Okay, it's off the street—that's a start. Listen, secure the area; I'll try to pin it down on the roof until the main squad gets here," I say, and sprint off. "What?!? Fuck, Hana, stay here—it's too dangerous!" I hear Leon shouting, but the EMP is the only chance we've got. After a few minutes that feel like an eternity, I catch up to it. This time I have no advantage; he spots me the moment I step onto the roof and launches his attack. Damn, he’s fast—I dodge to the side as his claws slice through the air where my head had been just milliseconds before. I use the momentum to counter, but he anticipates it and dodges in turn. If his systems are functioning even minimally, he should have detected the EMP. He noticeably shifts into a defensive stance, waiting for me to make a careless mistake. The exchange continues: attack, dodge, counter. He’s exploiting the fact that he doesn't tire—damn it. "HANA! TAKE COVER!" A voice cuts through my concentration just as a burst of gunfire hits the Boomer. Daley—that fool—followed me... The machine shifts its attention and targets Daley. This is my chance; I focus on the unprotected section of its spine, just above the hips. That’s this model's weak point! I strike the weak spot with all my might, discharge the EMP, and immediately pull back. "Get away from him!" commands a voice with a mechanical distortion. I look back and only then notice the white power suit standing in the corner of the roof. "A Knight Saber?" the words escape my lips. No sooner have I spoken than the power suit sprints toward the Boomer with superhuman speed. Blades extend from its arms, and in a single fluid motion, it decapitates the machine and crushes its skull with a boot. Silence is all that remains; for a moment, we simply stare at each other.

After she spends a great deal of time training and improving, her heart is healed and she is ready to leave the farmers behind. At her good-bye party farmers gave her a very special parting gift: They have all gotten together and made several blue and yellow dresses for her to fight with.

Her heart is deeply moved by this present. No one has ever had such attentions with her before.

She takes off her grey shirt and with delicate care puts on her new blue and yellow dress. (No images of this moment were created, sorry, didn’t get to it 😊 but for the first time we see her on her typical blue outfit. The one we all grew up watching… 😍 —— I wanted to make the getting of the typical Chun Li outfit a special moment)
She hugs everyone good bye. Everyone is there except Csaba (the hungarian man, the one who at first ejaculated prematurely when being with her - There is a deeper story here but we will not get to it now) She looks around and Csaba is not in the crowd. Looks to his hut and a new blue curtain held with yellow ribbons has replaced the old brown curtain.
“He will be wearing your colors now” The old man tells her.
“Please tell Csaba that I will miss him”
“I will. He didn’t want to be here but he left this for you”
The old farmer hands her a small wooden box, (we’ll talk about the contents of this box later 😉) she smiles and hugs the elder good bye.

DAYS LATER - SHANGHAI:
After settling in a small room she goes to the Dongtai Road Market. She enters the winding labyrinth of stores and businesses and knocks on a special red door. Asks for “The Moderator”
“Moderator? Got the wrong door. Don’t know what you are talking about?”
“I am a new fighter and here’s my entrance!” She hands over a big stack of bills. The guy reaches for the money and closes the door back again. She stays quiet outside for a while and after a couple of minutes the red door opens again.

A DARK ROOM:
The Moderator, a mysterious man of whom we never see his face, we only hear his thick, deep voice. He sits behind an old desk in the shadows.

“Who is the fighter?" Ask The Moderator.
“I AM” Answers Huã with pride. The moderator looks at her for a moment and simply shrugs his shoulders as if not caring for the fate of this woman entering the most vicious underground fighting circle in the world.
“Name?”
“Huã Li”
“Huã...? “Flower”...is that your fighter name?”
“That is my name and that is the only name I have!” Responds defensively.
“Don’t like it, it’s too...soft 'Beautiful Flower' too weak” Says The Moderator.
“And you are so pretty that you are not just a flower, you are the whole garden! (One of the guys in the room says looking at her body) Hell, you are the whole spring season!!!

They all laugh.

“Yes, (says another man looking at her ass and thighs) you are the WHOLE SEASON !!! (Their eyes widen with lust) You are CHUN-Li!!!
“CHUN Li, ‘Beautiful Spring’ (Says The Moderator) That sounds much more fitting”

⁠”Yes, August 8th. We lost a lot of people that night…” Pearl answers. “I was on duty that night too. You see...I was the one who caught their leader"
⁠”It was you?? You are the one who caught Octavian?!"

FLASHBACK:
A much younger officer Pearl holds up her gun against the enemy.
“Octavian, don’t make me do it!! Please, stop!”

PRESENT TIME:
"Yes. I... caught… Octavian. That's how I got promoted to Detective 1st class"

Pearl gets sidetracked by the memories, but immediately catches herself up and pulls herself back on track.
“Yes, I got that bastard. But I’m not here to talk about old ghosts. I’m here to talk about the patient you received last night” Her attitude and voice stiffs up. Almost as if forcing herself up to be serious and rude.
“Oh, yes, right… uhh, well, about 11:30 last night an ambulance brought in the subject. He was completely naked. No id, no wallet or anything to identify him but his long black hair and his tattoos.”
“Tattoos?”
“He had red flowers tattooed from his lower back all the way up his left shoulder and chest. Most of his body was scratched”
“Probably a large feline, said the report”
“At first we thought that , the size and depth of the marks could match that description but not the patterns. Large felines attack face and neck. It was his body that was injured, not the face and the scratches were in a random pattern. I think he was trying to get away and was running while being attacked. He was delusional and talking in his sleep. He mumbled things like: The lady from First Post, watch out - Lady from First Post - dangerous”
“Lady from first post?” Repeats Pearl.
“At least that’s what I understood. I could have heard wrong. Does it mean anything to you? Do you know what he’s talking about?”
“Lady from ‘FIRST POST’ dangerous… yes, I have an idea. Red Flower tattoos, long black hair. That would be Johnny Astor, he’s the kind of guy who likes to be in the wrong place at the wrong time”
“That’s all I could say, really. Because I was attending his wounds when he got up frantically and just ran away. He seemed really scared”

Detective Pearl has all she needs.
“You have been really helpful Nurse Finnegan, thank you for your time”
“Please, call me Josephine” She smiles at Pearl.
“Josephine, thank you for your time” Pearl smiles back.

Detective Pearl leaves the hospital. As she melts back into the city crowd the ghosts of the past creep back in. Images of ‘THAT’ night come back to her.

FLASHBACKS:
* “Octavian, don’t make me do it!! Please, stop!” She begs. “GET DOWN HERE, PLEASE!!” Tears roll down her face.
* “Octavian, my love, if ANYTHING of what we had was real, I beg you to stop…”
* “I’m sorry Pearly-boo” He says.
* “Don’t … please …. Don’t make me do this…“ Raises the gun at him. “Turn yourself in, please!!! We can work something out TOGETHER! PLEASE!!!” She begs with all her heart.
“I’m sorry baby… it was never supposed to end this way…”
“NO OCTAVIAN!! NOOOOO!!!“

BANG!!!!

The sound of ’THAT’ gun shot resonates inside Pearl still to this day.

Peterco and Coco are together in marital bliss, laughing, stealing kisses, and dancing to music. Pure domestic happiness.

Eight months later, Peterco has his arms wrapped around a heavily pregnant Coco from behind, gently rubbing her swollen belly while she leans back against him with a content smile, her tail curled around his leg.

It’s BW happily ever after… or is it?

Peterco jolted awake in his bed, shirtless and wearing only his boxers. The hallway light streamed into the room.

Standing in the doorway was Coco, wearing nothing but a sheer white shawl draped loosely over her body, barely covering her curves. She smiled at him with that playful catlike grin, ears perked.

With a swish of her tail, she disappeared down the hallway, leaving Peterco blushing and smiling in bed.
