I managed to get a decent result with a specific prompt: "donut on nipples". If I used a capital letter or the plural "Donut" or "donuts", it completely failed. Prompts like "nipples visible through donut's hole" or "donut around nipples" were completely inconclusive. Combined with "nipples", it almost always guarantees a satisfactory result (the results with Lara, Ochako, Catgirl, Zombie Girl, etc., worked on the first try). There is, however, one flaw : the appearance of a third donut in the mouth or on the chest. This can probably be fixed by defining a specific prompt associated with the mouth.
