Ilessa isn't new to the ward. After a spat with her neighbors, the police brought her into the hospital to treat her episode. Thirty days in the facility, to focus on and tend to herself.

The lady comes to. With luck, she sees the RN: a face she's seen many times before, and flirted with many times too. The first step is to administer her medicine.
