• A Guide to the world of Stardust Crossing 🌌

With the sudden influx of new viewers on my channel, I’ve decided to provide a handy little primer for my ongoing and admittedly esoteric lore series. So pick your favorite instructor from the pictures of my OCs and let's get to it.

• What is Stardust Crossing?

Stardust Crossing is the name of a fictional city ambiguously located in a western hemisphere northern latitude that serves as the setting for my story. It is a medium sized city nestled between the ocean and the mountains where auroras color the sky year round. It is also the site of an ongoing containment effort by a mysterious Organization to control the abnormal phenomenons that routinely take place there.

• How do I follow the story?

The story is, at present, being told through a variety of styles including fully narrative episodes that read like mini novels, individual posts tagged [OC Lore] that are usually formatted like entries on a secret database, and narrative clues and hints in entries like my “20 Questions With” series.

The actual Stardust Crossing episodes are linear according to episode number and follow Agent SC-009 (aka “Stealth-chan”) as she digs into the Organization’s history, the “Wishing Star”,  and her own identity.

The Lore entries can be anywhere in the greater timeline, but are usually either outright dated or provide context clues to help you know when they are happening.

• Is this fan-fiction?

No. While I take inspiration from a variety of places including my favorite anime and games, and perhaps most noticeably my fondness for the SCP foundation, this story and its characters are entirely my own creations.

I do plan to publicize this story in some form in the future, but I don't know at present what that form will be yet.

• What characters are a part of this?

My entire roster of 13 OCs (Runie, Stealth, Yulie, Lady of the Woods, Vega, Azuki, Merci, Star-weaver, Nail, Ember, Sweetheart/Valerie, Phoebe, and Xanthe) to varying degrees. Also a small but important roster of supporting characters. My various monster girls are canon to the setting and live in Stardust Crossing, but mostly only make cameo appearances.

• Where do I start?

It sounds complicated, but I’ve tried to make it as easy to follow as I can. If you go back in post history to the original Lore Teaser post, and read each post from there as I posted them, you’ll get my reveals in the intended order.

If you want to start with the actual numbered episodes or the 20 Questions series, they work perfectly fine as introductions.

Or, if you are new here and liked my current posts about Subject∆, those are a good starting point as well, and narratively tie into episodes 4 and 5 of the main series as supplements and reveals, and you're free to explore the story entries at your own discretion.

Any way you go is fine, I just thank you for taking the time to read it.

• Is there an update schedule?

Not concretely, but I post fairly regularly. You can expect (under normal life circumstances on my end) at absolute minimum one post per week related to the ongoing storyline. Numbered narrative episodes take me longer to make, but Lore entries will be frequent until the story is complete.

• But what about the spicy pics?

I haven't forgotten about those, lol. Expect things like Pillow Princesses, Swimsuit Specials, Monster Girls, OC content not lore related (like my A Date With series) and other posts regularly as well. Fan service is an important part of reader satisfaction. 😇

• Thanks for reading!

If you made it this far, I just want to say thank you for your time and engagement. I promise to keep working hard on the story to bring you more posts to enjoy. In the meantime, if you read something you like, think a post is cool, or just like the pictures, every like and comment keeps me motivated to keep going and that's all the recognition I need. Thanks again! 💙
