Description: Subject 009 is an artificially created ∆Entity presumably spawned from Subject∆. She appeared fully formed on [Redacted] at [Redacted] Base, located approx. 3 hours from Site 117-A. On initial discovery, Subject 009 possessed a full suite of tactical gear, dog tags bearing the name "Mio Aikawa", and rudimentary, if functional, knowledge of the Organization's inner workings sufficient with ∆'s presumed knowledge base.

No identity markers match any living person on record. Medical diagnostic revealed perfectly normal results consistent with ∆Entity Forced Normalcy conditions. Despite these results, S009 possesses multiple near-super human senses and abilities detailed in Addendum A.

S009 arrived with a working memory of a backstory as an experimental operative within the Organization. No matching records collaborated her story, but per Council Decision 42∆, matching records will be fabricated to ensure her continued cooperation.

Details of her backstory blend working, if limited and/or outdated factual information with several fictional movie plots (Commando, Equilibrium, The Matrix, Mission Impossible) consistent with ∆pattern manifestations. Fictional material expunged or altered in reproduced records to prevent accidental discovery of similarities.

Profile: S009 presents as a modified human being of prime age range and near peak physical condition. Her personality profile is volatile and muddied when agitated, but otherwise extremely calm to the point of appearing expressionless. She fully believes her memories to be her true history and acts accordingly. Thus, to prevent accidental or intentional disruption, a cover story matching her fabricated reccords is to be disseminated before her integration into any unit. See Addendum B for her psyche breakdown and skill set.

To date, S009 is only the 2nd ∆Entity to manifest outside of the Site-117-A exclusion zone. It is currently unknown if S009 truly manifested at the point of first contact or if she manifested within the exclusion zone and physically moved to the contact point. S009 has claimed on reccord to have been an active operator at the base for three years prior to her first appearance.

Given Site-117-A's reputation for overriding information within its zone of effect, it is impossible at this time to determine if S009 is a true ∆Entity or merely a victim who had the "Mio Aikawa" identity overwritten onto the person they were before.
